They Called Him The Gardener

Three years in the basement. Then the gala.

For three years Ethan lived in the Stirling basement as Vicki's husband, scrubbing floors, taking out the garbage, and eating leftovers while Patricia still introduced him as the gardener. Tyler, newly promoted at Cane Industries, jokes that some men are just built for basement life. A gala is coming, and Marcus Cane is expected to name a successor. The family that kept Ethan downstairs is about to find out the man they treated like hired help was never the nobody they decided he was.
